Clients may share digital items with third parties (e.g., real estate agents, listing platforms) for the sole purpose of marketing the property in question. Clients are responsible for ensuring that recipients of the digital items comply with this Digital Item Policy.

Elucidate Estates may charge additional fees for extended licensing, use on multiple properties, or other specialized usage. Such fees will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
